1. Physical characteristics
The polypropylene material itself is a non-toxic, odorless, milky white highly crystalline polymer with a density of 0.90–"0.91g/rm. Therefore, the furniture made of polypropylene is lighter and convenient for later movement adjustments.
2. Mechanical properties
Polypropylene material has high crystallinity and regular structure. The made polypropylene furniture has good surface gloss, easy to color, and has good mechanical properties.
3. Thermal performance
Polypropylene materials have good heat resistance. Polypropylene furniture can be sterilized at a height of about 100°C, and will not deform at 150°C without being affected by external forces; the embrittlement temperature is -35°C.


4. Chemical stability
Polypropylene laboratory furniture has stable chemical properties. Except for strong corrosive chemical reagents such as concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, it has good stability to other chemical reagents; and the chemical stability of polypropylene material will crystallize. The increase of the degree will increase, so PP polypropylene is suitable for making various chemical equipment and accessories, and has a good anti-corrosion effect.
5. Electrical performance
Polypropylene material has a high dielectric coefficient and as the temperature rises, it can be used to make heated electrical insulation products. Its breakdown voltage is also high, suitable for use as electrical accessories. Good resistance to voltage and arc, but high static electricity, easy to aging in contact with copper.
