Quality Policy
Cartmay will consistenlty provide laboratory furniture products and services that meet or exceed the requirements and expectations of our customers.
Measurable objectives:
1,The Quality policy is to continuously improve our products, services and operations so that we constantly offer customers superior value.
2. Products and services that we offer, we wiill strive to meet our customers' request, even more doing than its expectations, our standard of performance is 100% satisfaction.
3. Customers' requests and demands must be met, quality must be designed in and built-in
4. Processes must be capable and be kept under strict control investment for quality improvement must be equal or greater than a defined percentage of sales.
5. Qaulity systems must meet ISO, CE & SEFA procedure requirements.
6. Qaulity training is necessory , its a basic motivation and improvement tool
7. Products and process quality are the direct respomsibility of all manufacturing personnel
8. Similarly research and development, design engineering and marketing are responsible for design quality of processes and products
The Managers of Cartmay has formulated the quality policy which is explained and discussed at the general orientation training given to all new workders and has been reviewed with all current workers, all workders are expected to know what the quality policy means to them as it affects their job or position within the company. the policy is posted in prominent locations throughour the facility
